China on track to create an African railway

The Chinese are investing in Africa's railways, with a vision to create a network connecting seven East-African countries. It's a much-needed infrastructure development, but not everyone's convinced by China's involvement. Plus, the European Union consider new economic sanctions against Russia, ahead of next week's presidential election in Ukraine.
