In response to the threat of economic sanctions, Russia drafts a law that could hurt European and US companies. The EU is set to launch a conflict mineral scheme, but campaigners say it does not go far enough. We are joined by EU trade commissioner Karel De Gucht as well as campaigning organisation Global Witness.
