With an approval rating of just 43 per cent, which is as low as predecessor George W Bush was after a similar time in Office, we ask if US President Barack Obama is a failure.
During last night's State of the Union address, Obama declared 2014 would be a 'year of action'. But is it already too late? Tonight we hear from Americans and people outside of the US on weather or not they feel Obama's presidency has been a success.
