It is five months on from the collapse of the eight-storey factory complex in Dhaka, in which more than a 1000 garment workers died, and several thousand were seriously injured. Jane Deith reports from Dhaka on what has happened since.
How much medical and financial help have survivors and families of the dead received? And has the disaster been a ‘game changer’ in forcing international brands who source cheap clothes in Bangladesh to take more responsibility for conditions within the factories they use.
