Refugees Stories; Sex and the Music Industry
We speak to refugees who faced danger to flee their homelands. Was the risk worth it?
As the number of migrants drowned in the Lampedusa migrant ship disaster increases, we speak to refugees who have made similar perilous journeys to start a new life in richer countries. How have they fared in their new homelands and were the risks worth it? Would anything have stopped them making the hazardous trip to their new home?
Also, we discuss singer Sinead O'Connor's open letter to the pop star Miley Cyrus urging her not to allow the music industry to "prostitute" her. Is her criticism justified?
