Is Mugabe a great leader?

Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe's leadership has been highly controversial, with accusations of a reign of terror and corruption. But he still has a lot of support in Zimbabwe and beyond, so is he a great leader? Also, with much recent discussion about casual sexism, equality of the sexes and misogyny on the internet and in so-called 'lad mags' - what is the current state of the feminist movement? Do you see yourself as a feminist? Or is it a term that can easily pigeonhole people and create negative stereotypes?
