Hezbollah fighters are 'invading' Syria - according to Free Syrian Army rebel chief.
It is alleged over 7000 fighters from the Lebanese group Hezbollah are “invading” Syria, according to the rebel military chief Gen Salim Idriss, from the Free Syrian Army. He claims the Shia movement were taking part in attacks on the rebel-held town of Quasir. The US State Department has said Hezbollah’s presence in Syria was an “extremely dangerous” escalation.
