In recent weeks the World Service has made changes to its schedule and the hours it is transmitting – Over to You explores the reactions of listeners to the reduction in the number of hours they can receive the service. A listener in Israel asks why the service has been cut and the rationale for the changes is explained by BBC World Service Head of Distribution, who explains what has happened as a result of the closure of a transmission centre in Cyprus.
