Today North Korea cut off its military hotline to South Korea, continuing the escalation of hostilities between the dictatorship and the outside world. Just yesterday, North Korea threatened attacks on the US mainland as well as Hawaii, Guam, South Korea and Japan. At 1700gmt we'll be talking to people living in those areas to find out whether they fear North Korea's military power.
