US launches Dreamliner probe

The US aviation regulator launches an investigation into the Boeing 787 Dreamliner after a series of incidents that have raised safety questions. Japan announces a $116bn stimulus package to try and boost its stagnating economy - and playing at Hong Kong's toy fair.
