The Art of Presenting
Talk back to the BBC and challenge the programme makers.
Rajan Datar finds out the art of presenting, with the help of Robin Lustig, who this week presented his final editions of Newshour and Radio 4's The World Tonight after 23 years behind the microphone.
Robin's masterclass in presenting skills includes tips about listening to interviewees, being curious about the world, and allowing people to tell their stories.
He also reflects on how the internet and social media has changed the nature of the job since he first started with the World Service and recalls some of people he has interviewed over the years.
