WHYS 30: Mali PM resigns after army arrested
We hear the latest from Mali where Prime Minister Cheik Modibo Diarra resigned after being arrested by the army. He was due to travel to France for a medical check-up, however he was detained on Monday at his home in the capital Bamako.
