Police in France have surrounded a house in the city of Toulouse where they say the suspect in Monday's shooting of a rabbi and three children at a Jewish school is holed up. The man has claimed an affiliation to al Qaeda, and police say he has previously been arrested in Afghanistan. What do you make of the events?
