Zeinab Badawi asks, what is the best way to deliver a fair and excellent schools system?
The coalition government in Britain believes that encouraging parents and independent groups to set up schools free from local government control and allowing communities to run them will improve education standards - but that's proving controversial.
HARDtalk's Zeinab Badawi spoke to Rachel Wolf from the New Schools Network, which backs the free schools, and Fiona Millar, co-founder of the Local Schools Network, which campaigns for parental involvement in state schools.
She asked them what they think is the best way to deliver a fair and excellent schools system.
