In England, the fight against anti-Semitism is being stepped up. Two high-profile Jewish Chelsea fans - the comedian David Baddiel, and his brother Ivor, who's a writer - have worked with the anti-racism campaigners Kick It Out to produce a short film that highlights the problem.
