In 2003, a backpacking trip to Colombia turned into a three month ordeal for Mark Henderson when he was kidnapped by left wing guerrillas. After his release, he returned to the UK, but nearly a year later he was emailed by one of his kidnappers. Mark tells the story of his captivity, and his subsequent meeting with two of the people who had kidnapped him.
