Change in Zimbabwe

Is it time for the West to drop its sanctions against Zimbabwe? Has the country changed enough as a result of its power-sharing government?

For the first time in seven years the European Union is sending a high level mission to Zimbabwe. The visit comes days after southern African leaders called for all international sanctions on Zimbabwe to be lifted. So is it time for the West to change its policy? Has enough progress been made towards democracy and development?
