With the closure of several private radio stations in Venezuela recently, is President Chavez trying to tighten his grip on the media in his country?

A little over a week ago, more than thirty radio stations in Venezuela fell silent. The Venezuelan Government says their owners had had failed to get their registration papers up to date.
