In the weeks leading up to the start of the European season the continents big football clubs jet off for lucrative overseas tours. We're in South-East Asia following Liverpool's trip to Thailand, where they have a huge and demanding fan base.

The 5 times European Cup winners say they are not there to make quick easy money and are looking at a long-term plan, building what they call "sustained loyalty". But, what's the reality?
