This week we take a look at lucrative pre-season tours. Do the big European clubs care about their overseas fans?

In the weeks leading up to the start of the European season the continents big football clubs jet off for lucrative overseas tours. We're in South-East Asia following Liverpool's trip to Thailand, where they have a huge and demanding fan base.

The 5 times European Cup winners say they are not there to make quick easy money and are looking at a long-term plan, building what they call "sustained loyalty". But, what's the reality? BBC Reporter Guy De Launey spends time with Liverpool supporters and club officials in Bangkok, for a special World Football programme.
