In Business Daily we hear from the French finance minister, warning that banks may soon be able to repay their debts and return to the bad old ways, if governments don't grasp the nettle of regulation - And are we all too ready to cast blame about unethical banking, who's to say we wouldn't have gone with the flow if we'd been bankers?
