Recession in Rotherham
The global recession is being felt in different ways all over the world. This week on Outlook reporter Vera Frankl finds out how the global economic downturn is affecting one community in the north of England - the town of Rotherham in South Yorkshire which, for generations, was at the heart of the British coal and steel industries.

And we take a visit to the Italian town that's using the "piedibus" or "walking bus" to fight childhood obesity and improve the environment.
