The International Monetary Fund is growing in importance because of the financial crisis.
The recent summit of leaders from the G20 major economies in London proposed a central role for the International Monetary Fund in responding to the financial crisis. But it is a controversial organisation. So is it the right agency for the task? Our Economics Correspondent Andrew Walker reports from the IMF's headquarters in Washington.
