Allegra McEvedy and Fred Sirieix test out eight contestants to discover if they have the skills to run their own restaurant.

It's the second of the semi-finals, and it’s the last chance for the contestants to win themselves a place in the final. The Kitchen Crew cook a dish of their own invention, while the Restaurant Crew design table settings and mocktails for eagle-eyed food critics Gizzi Erskine and Ben Ebbrell.
