A surprising new partnership is announced when coach Nikki decides to pair up Dylan and Nyree. This is a big challenge for Nyree, as she has never been in a mixed pair before. On top of that, Nikki wants to get the pair ready for the Acro World Championships in just a few weeks’ time. Meanwhile, Finn, Kirsten and Dove have all made life-changing decisions, while Dove is about to see what it’s like being on the other side when she becomes coach for some of the younger gymnasts.

Amelie and Phoebe have been invited to Lilleshall for an exclusive Olympic training camp, with only eight female gymnasts invited and four of them likely to be chosen for the Olympic squad.

The Birmingham boys take on Nile and Luke in the standing long jump challenge, and Chase chooses Max Whitlock as his Gym Stars Top 20 gymnast.
