Swashbuckling pirate pal Gem takes a video call from Mister Maker. These two CBeebies friends check in on each other, laugh together and even create a new friendship salute by combining a Swashbuckle and Mister Maker-themed action that makes both friends happy.
Mister Maker then shows Gem how to make some tasty-looking fake food. Using a paper cup, an old sponge ball, small beads and paint, Mister Maker creates a Paper Cup Cupcake! Gemma enjoys watching that, but both friends agree that although it is something fun to make, it is still fake and certainly not something to be eaten!
Later on, with the Shapes fast asleep, Mister Maker recreates the Shape dance at home. This gives him an idea to create a model of Circle using some paint, glue, scissors, a cardboard tube and a pink pompom. Finally, Mister Maker remembers all the fun he has had throughout the day.
