Amelie and Phoebe receive some exciting news and are off to train alongside the seniors.

With the South West Acrobatic Championships fast approaching, the Acro squads are working hard to overcome injury and finesse their routines.

Meanwhile, Amelie and Phoebe have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Junior European Championships in Glasgow, so they are off to Lilleshall for some intensive training with the rest of the team.
