It's the biggest event in the elite gymnasts' calendar - the British Championships - and our Gym Stars are hoping they are competition-ready! But Cameron's had a busier year than usual as he's had to revise for his A-levels while maintaining an intensive gymnastics training programme. It's time to find out if he's done enough to keep him in with a chance of a medal against some very strong competition. Meanwhile, Amelie is determined to show she's learnt from her fall back in Belgium. She is set to wow the crowd and see if she can do even better than the all-around silver medal she won last year. It's only Phoebe's second time at the British Championships, but she's also looking strong and rising to the challenge - and hoping for a place on the podium.
