Trade Your Way to the USA is back for Series three and it's bigger and bolder than ever as Saira Khan leads the search for Britain's best young traders.

Two more teams lock horns as Profiteroles and Victores (Latin for winners) head to York's Jorvik Viking Festival to try to trade Viking-themed balloons to the visitors.

They must learn all about balloon art, pick their products, negotiate a deal and then sell, sell, sell - but only one team can win and stand a chance of making it through to the semi-finals.
