Pet Squad are called to action when a skunk, Sid, gains the ability to produce a potent pong that knocks people unconscious. Sid runs away from his sleepy owner, Nancy, in fear of what he has done. He asks to be locked up in the P-Town pet prison, but he's not inside for long. Mother Goose kidnaps Sid. She uses him to help take over City Hall and threatens to stink bomb P-Town.
