Four of the Serious Explorers are having the ultimate cowboy experience on the plains of Guyana, helping herd a hundred cattle, before lassooing and branding calves. Slaughtering and preparing a cow for dinner leads to upset in the group. Meanwhile, the other three explorers face a daunting challenge - a dizzy-making rope crossing over a ravine nine thousand feet up.
