Live action comedy. When Bennett High hosts its annual Cool Guy Charity Auction, Carl is purchased by Brittany instead of Jane.

Carl hopes that Jane will buy him at the upcoming Cool Guy Charity Auction so they can go to a concert together, but she ends up buying Porter instead, leaving Carl stuck with Brittany. With Porter's help, Carl tries to impress Jane at the concert, but to no avail. Brittany doesn't care who she goes to the concert with as long as she gets to audition for the star, Fefe Dobson. When Brittany embarrasses herself with a horrible audition, Carl tries to cheer her up and they share a kiss - one which Jane witnesses!
