Ball Skills

Sarah-Jane and Go-Joe inspire children to have a go at exciting activities. It's easy to become a Mighty-Mite, just give something new a try.

Tristan, Erin and Go Joe are outside playing a ball-in-the-bucket game. It's great fun and it's not long before Sarah Jane feels their energy and appears in the garden. She takes the children to join a Ball Skills class, where they play lots of fun games including one called 'feeding the dragon!' These games teach the children how to throw, catch and control balls with different parts of their bodies all useful skills for playing sports such as football, netball, basketball and tennis.
