Jane is putting on a school play, and it ends with a big kiss! Carl tries out for the play in hope of kissing Brittany, the female lead, but Jane casts Porter as the male lead instead of Carl. When Porter quits to give Carl his place in the spotlight, Brittany also leaves and it comes down to Carl and Jane to save the show. As for the kiss, that's no big deal, right?

Dr Cassabi is dealing with his own problems, as his supervisor and former classmate, Mildred Stern, has come down to Earth to give him an evaluation and she doesn't think very highly of Dr Cassabi.
