Carl is targeted for a dodgeball pummelling by Serge, prompting Porter to give Carl the magical ability to dodge anything and everything. Dubbed King Dodge, Carl soon learns that the spell also gives him the ability to dodge chores, homework, and his first kiss! When Dr Cassabi fails to take the spell away, it looks like Carl will be stuck dodging things forever, whether he wants to or not. His only hope lies with Angel Squad Alpha.
Dealing with her own crisis, Jane manipulates Alex into fixing her computer under the promise of giving him the winning letter for a Gobsmack juice contest, something she doesn't actually have.
