Join Sam and Mark for the final of Jump Nation. The three remaining teams go all out to be the nation's best jump rope team. The three finalists must perform a showstopping routine plus a routine chosen by the judges from earlier in the series. Only one team can take the title so there's all to jump for. Dance group Flava join the skippers in the studio.
