Ed and his cactus companion Oucho travel all over the country making inventions from bits of old rubbish that they find in the back of their van.
They attempt to make a 'Bubble Bobbin Robin', a robin-shaped hovercraft, for Parysa, but investigative journalist Seymour Scandal is hot on their heels trying to catch them out.
Will Ed and Oucho work out how to make the 'Bubble Bobbin Robin' in time? Or will they be exposed as science fakes?
