The theme in this episode is the strength of structures and weight distribution. In the Blast Lab, the two teams go surfing, but there are no waves, just cardboard tubes. The teams have to decide how to distribute these tubes to allow all three team members to surf without the tubes collapsing. Meanwhile, at Richard's secret test facility, the Lab Rats are attempting to build a bridge out of paper. Will it work or will it end in disaster?
