It is tourist season in the kingdom and the locals are plagued by tourists. A public meeting is called seeking a solution to the tourist menace ruining everyone's lives. A door bursts open and the Pied Punk of Hamelin, Franky Fishbreath, appears. He claims to be able to rid the kingdom of the tourist hordes once and for all, for the right price. The king agrees to pay him whatever he wants if he succeeds.

Frankie is the most obnoxious and smelly punk ever to play two chords badly on an electric guitar. Thanks to his foul breath, flatulence problem and over-the-top punk songs the land is finally free of tourists. The king refuses to pay him and the punk seeks revenge by turning all the kingdom's children into obnoxious little punks. The king decides to fight fire with fire . . . . . it's time to rock!
