High-speed, action-packed comedy space adventure about the speediest delivery boy in the universe. Vector gives Rocket Boy a sonic whistle to help him out with guard dogs on his deliveries. Meanwhile, Doctor Square has put his next diabolical scheme into action, luring Rocketboy and Toro to Planet Knit to make a delivery where they'll immediately be surrounded by 'Wooligators'. However, his plan doesn't go quite according to plan when Toro challenges the Wooligators to an eating contest.
