Live action comedy series. Lockie is now officially a teenager. And that morning, after a near-death wetsuit experience, everything changes again. Vicki Streeton kisses Lockie, and promises to sort out 'The Details' later. The more Lockie absorbs what all this means, the more he feels out of his depth. And then, to make matters far less simple still, he meets Mystery Girl, a wicked surfer who, unlike Vicki, comes without any 'Details'.
