Want 2Tlk Science
Tackles difficult areas by showing how science is relevant to everyday life. Each unit is based on a group of young people in a realistic scenario.
Tackles areas of poor performance head-on in a format that 11- to 14-year-olds will find attractive and accessible. Each unit is based on a group of young people in a realistic scenario. They text a question and the scientific concepts are explained. By flowing from the real world into clear and concise graphic sequences, science becomes relevant to everyday life.
The problematic areas highlighted by HMI in biology, physics and chemistry are presented in a fresh and innovative style. Used in conjunction with comprehensive back up materials, this series will equip teachers with a resource that will improve performance in KS3 Tests.
