Big is annoyed when Small cuts up his hosepipe to use as a rope in his rodeo show. To make amends, Small tries to help Big water the garden. Things do not go well, however, and so Small thinks that what they need to do is to ask the clouds very nicely if they would drift over and rain on the garden.
