The Outback 8 are settling into the routine of outback life, and as their confidence on horseback grows, they get their first taste of what all the training is leading up to.
The team have their first go at mustering a small group of cattle, which earns them a well-deserved break, during which they meet Australia's most iconic animal at a local kangaroo orphanage.
And disaster strikes for Dan as he lands himself in hospital, which rules him out of riding.
