Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. It's the Oddsburg goat-herding competition and Lottie's entry, Robogoat 3000, might look like Nine in a cardboard box, but to the villagers it's the winning goat. Triumph! When the pair go to enjoy their prize, they realise Nine's tail is missing. Its absence isn't troubling him, but the replacements are not a success, especially the rampaging dragon tail.
