Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. Lottie and Nine plan a sleepover, but when Mum asks if Lottie can babysit, their plans are ruined. The baby that needs sitting is the Mayor's son and Lottie's nemesis, Pipsquawk. He has feigned illness to avoid a debating society meeting but is horrified to be in the 'house of girl', and argues that as he is older, he is actually babysitting her.
