Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. Election time is upon Oddsburg, and the mayor is busy preparing his acceptance speech. He's too busy to listen to Lottie's complaint about archaic school rules, so she decides to run for mayor too. It wasn't a good idea to make Nine her campaign manager, however, as his PR stunts have disastrous results.
