Sea Dragon

Series introducing social skills for three- to five-year-olds. Bobin and Cyril visit the library to read all about the exotic fish in the tropical sea tank. However Bobin wishes she knew more about the different creatures that live in the sea. Her wish comes true as she, Nib and Ogi fly on Cyril's back to a tropical island and go scuba diving. There they meet Cyril's long lost cousin who lives under the sea.
