Simon Sez blames UZZ and the makers of a revolutionary nano-goo technology computer game, the Hand, for putting his toy company out of business. Luring Victor and Anita to the Hand's factory, Simon Sez falls into a vat of nano-goo and finds himself able to control the actions of others.
