Mixed media animation for young children. Seven year old Pinky Dinky Doo loves to make up stories, thinking of amazing solutions for everyday situations. Daffinee is having a birthday party at the very snooty Horn and Antler Club. Laughing is banned, and when Pinky can't stop she is sent to the Laughing Room. There she meets a group of wall-mounted animals that are sad because they can't join the party. She thinks big and they all attend the party and amuse the stuffy club patrons.
