When bit-part actor Birdman discovers that his role in a UZZ training film is a secret, he decides to get famous by releasing all of UZZ's secrets to the press. This time it's up to Changed Daily and Professor Professor to stop him, as they have been demoted to Trainee Agents. for failing a recruitment test.
